Pre-Race Information

Pre-Race

  1. Online registration only. There will be no in-person registration at packet pick-up or on race day.
    Everyone will be required to register online prior to attending packet pickup.
    No refunds.
  2. Registration fees for 5K and 10K are as follows:
    • Early Registration (Until 5/1/26): $25
    • Late Registration (After 5/1/26): $30
    • Late Registration (After 6/1/26): $35
    • Transfer fee: $5.00 before registration closes on July 3rd and no transfers after this date.
  3. Registration will close on Thursday, July 2nd, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
  4. The 5K and 10K races will be capped at 400 participants per event.
  5. Early packet pickup is available at two locations:
    • Farmington: Southwest Runners
      4250 E Main St. Ste J, Farmington, NM 87402
      Friday, July 3rd, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Gallup: Saturday, July 4th, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
      Location TBD
    • Narbona Pass Picnic Grounds: Saturday, July 4th, after 5:00 PM
    • Race Day Pickup: Sunday morning from 6:30 AM – 7:45 AM

    You may pick up packets for other runners with their permission.

Race Day Venue

  1. There is no in-person race day registration at the race venue.
  2. 10K Start Time: 8:00 AM
  3. 5K Start Time: 8:25 AM
